1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing https://bx8.bio, creating a bx8 account, making a deposit in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), or placing any bet or wager through the bx8 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. These terms apply to all users of bx8, regardless of how they access the platform — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any future application made available by bx8.

bx8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bx8 will update the effective date shown at the top of this document and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered account holders via the email address associated with their account. Your continued use of the bx8 platform following any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must cease using the platform and, if you wish, request account closure by contacting [email protected].

These Terms & Conditions should be read alongside the bx8 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and bx8.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to bx8 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they hold an active bx8 account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bx8 does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit, or wager on the platform. This restriction is absolute and applies without exception.
• You must be accessing the platform as a private individual acting on your own behalf. You may not register an account on behalf of a third party or allow another person to use your account.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account restriction currently in effect on the bx8 platform or on any other platform from which you have voluntarily excluded yourself.
• You must not be acting in a professional capacity for the purpose of exploiting bonuses, promotions, or arbitrage opportunities in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational use.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your location.

bx8 takes underage gambling prevention seriously. Age verification is conducted on all accounts prior to processing the first withdrawal. bx8 may, at its sole discretion, request documentary proof of age at any point during the lifetime of an account. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Where age cannot be confirmed to bx8's satisfaction, the account will be suspended and any balance held pending verification or, if the account holder is found to be underage, returned to the payment source minus any winnings.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money features on bx8, you must register a personal account via the bx 8 Login page. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You must ensure that all details provided match the information on your official identity documents.

Each individual may hold only one bx8 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them. If you discover that a duplicate account has been created in error, you must notify bx8 immediately at [email protected].

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bx8 Login credentials — your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. bx8 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS, which is available to all account holders at no additional cost. Any activity carried out via your account, whether or not you authorised it, remains your responsibility unless you have promptly notified bx8 of any suspected unauthorised access.

bx8 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All bx8 account balances are held exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). There is no currency conversion applied to deposits or withdrawals. The following payment methods are currently supported on bx8:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• Card Payments: Visa, Mastercard

Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit on bx8 is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad credit the bx8 wallet instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect in your wallet.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within approximately 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to three business days. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the bx8 account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

Verification Before Withdrawal: bx8 requires age and identity verification to be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. You may be asked to provide a copy of your National Identity Card and, where applicable, a screenshot or confirmation of the payment method used for your deposit. Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is satisfactorily completed.

bx8 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own charges, which are outside of bx8's control. bx8 accepts no liability for delays or failures attributable to the payment provider's systems.

bx8 reserves the right to conduct additional checks on deposits or withdrawals where fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected. During any such review, the relevant funds may be temporarily withheld. If an investigation concludes that a breach of these terms has occurred, the funds may be forfeited in their entirety.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bx8 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives to new and existing account holders. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms set out here and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotional terms take precedence.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonuses are issued in BDT and credited directly to the bx8 wallet.
• Unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before they may be withdrawn. For example, a ৳500 bonus requires ৳10,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is met.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the time limit stated in the specific promotion. If the time limit expires before requirements are met, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Bonus funds may only be used on games and markets specified in the individual promotion. Stakes placed on excluded games or markets will not count toward wagering requirements.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• bx8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any action does not retrospectively disadvantage a player who is in the process of meeting an active wagering requirement in good faith.

Any attempt to exploit bonus structures through coordinated betting, use of multiple accounts, hedging strategies, or any form of bonus abuse will result in the immediate cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of related winnings, and potential permanent account closure.

6. Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

bx8 is a recreational gaming platform. By accepting these terms, you agree to use bx8 only for lawful recreational purposes and to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with fair play. The following activities are expressly prohibited on the bx8 platform:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or under a false identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or technical means to interact with the bx8 platform in a way that does not replicate genuine human use.
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained as a result of an error are void and will not be paid.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or any multi-player format for the purpose of gaining a collective advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using bx8 as a vehicle for money laundering.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any element of the bx8 platform, including game software, odds data, or user interface components.
• Posting, transmitting, or communicating abusive, harassing, defamatory, or offensive content through any bx8 communication channel.

bx8 employs active fraud detection and game integrity monitoring. Where prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected, bx8 may immediately suspend the relevant account, freeze the associated balance, void related bets, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

7. Account Closure & Suspension

Closure by the Account Holder: You may request the closure of your bx8 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, bx8 will process any remaining verified balance to your registered payment method within five business days, provided no open bets, pending withdrawals, active bonus requirements, or ongoing investigations are attached to the account. bx8 recommends that account holders review the Responsible Gaming page before requesting permanent closure, as self-exclusion or cooling-off tools may be more appropriate where gambling behaviour is the primary concern.

Suspension or Closure by bx8: bx8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete age or identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Discovery that the account holder has an active self-exclusion on any platform and has circumvented it by registering on bx8.
• Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by bx8.

Where an account is closed by bx8 due to a verified breach of these terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited in whole or in part. Where an account is closed for administrative or precautionary reasons unrelated to a breach, any verified balance will be returned to the account holder via the original payment method.

8. Limitation of Liability

bx8 operates an online gaming platform and its liability to users is limited as follows:

• Service Availability: bx8 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party infrastructure failures, or events outside bx8's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability. bx8 accepts no liability for losses arising from service interruptions where such interruptions occur without wilful default or negligence on bx8's part.
• Gambling Losses: Gambling involves financial risk. bx8 accepts no responsibility for financial losses incurred through wagering on the platform. It is the account holder's sole responsibility to manage their gambling activity within their personal financial means.
• Third-Party Payment Delays: bx8 is not liable for delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank partner.
• Device and Network Issues: bx8 is not liable for losses caused by device failure, internet connectivity problems, or network outages on the user's end during the course of a game session or live bet.
• Accuracy of Information: While bx8 takes reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of odds, game rules, and balance information displayed on the platform, errors may occasionally occur. In the event of a manifest error — such as an obviously incorrect odds display — bx8 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its sole discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bx8's total aggregate liability to any account holder in respect of any claim arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the verified balance held in that account holder's bx8 wallet at the time the relevant claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits bx8's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
